Brown Clouds in Asia
Apparently others have seen and studied what I saw from my hotel window and smelled in the lobby every morning, when I recently went on my first trip ever to India. The Brown Clouds of Asia are accelerating the melting of glaciers in the Himalayas, probably changing rainfall patterns, certainly affecting rates of pulmonary disease.
I mean, bleccch.
People I talked to in Delhi said that, yes, as winter comes on it does get foggy. Well, I was a guest, so if they want to call this fog, I'll call it fog. But...
